Teacher Training and Teacher development program: Nava Vision’s Teacher Training Programme is a one year certified diploma programme in Abacus, Vedic Mathematics, English, computer & coding. By enrolling into this diploma Programme, teachers not only develop new skills throughout its three semesters, they get a platform to sharpen their existing skills, which in turn help them earn recognition as well as hefty remunerations. The teachers are asked to appear in a test at the end of each semester. They are asked to submit a subject based project at the end of the 3rd semester as well. Upon completion of the programme, the teachers are provided with a certificate from Nava Vision.
In Teacher development program, Nava Vision conducts Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 training for qualified teachers. Here we enhance the skills of the teachers in 3 phase. Nava Vision also conducts Certificate program in Understanding Learning Disability (LD). Children with learning disabilities experience almost everyday situations such as shame, anxiety, frustration, social isolation, melancholy and lack of self-confidence. Such situations have serious psychological effects on a primary child and contribute to creating a negative self-image and low self-esteem. Nava Vision certificate program in Learning disability (LD) has been checklist designed as a tool to understand potential signs of LDs, not to diagnose LD’s.
